How to login Gmail on desktop?
- Open the Gmail login site and head to https://www.gmail.com/ in your computer’s web browser. Type in your Gmail address in the text field that appears.
- Click on the Next button below the text box. Enter the password you use to log into your Gmail account.
- Click Next button below the password text box.
- If asked to enter a two-factor authentication code, do the following;
- Get the authentication code from your phone’s Messages.
- Enter the code into the Gmail text field.
- Click on the Next button. Wait for your Gmail inbox to load.
- If you want to sign into another Gmail account without signing out of your existing one, do the following:
- Click your Gmail profile icon at the top-right corner of the inbox.
- Click on the Add Account button at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Enter your account’s email address and password.
How to login Gmail using settings on the iPhone?
- Open your iPhone’s Settings. Scroll down and tap the Passwords & Accounts option near the middle of the Settings page.

- Let the Gmail Inbox load. Add an account if you want to sign into another Gmail account without signing out of the existing one by following the below steps. Click on the three horizontal bars at the top-left corner of the screen. Select your email address from the top of the pop-out menu. Click on the Manage Accounts option. Tap the Google button. Type in the email address and password of your Gmail account.
Steps to login Gmail on Android
Since Android devices use Google accounts as the default sign-in method, you will have to sign-in to your account as soon as you set up your device. This implies that although you can add extra Gmail accounts on your Android, you cannot sign-in and out of your primary account without factory-resetting your Android.
- Turn on your Android. Enter your Gmail address when prompted. Tap on the Next option.
- Type in your Gmail password. Click on the Next option.
- Follow any other on-screen instructions. Open the Gmail app which will open your default Google Account’s Gmail inbox. Select the three horizontal bars on the top-left corner of the screen. A pop-out menu appears on the left side of the screen.

- Tap the Add Account button from the drop-down menu. Select Google from the top of the list of email providers.
- Enter your Android’s pin or password when prompted to unlock it. Enter the email address of your Gmail account in the text field that appears.
- Select “Next” from the bottom of the page. Enter the password of your Gmail account to log in to your email.
- Select “Next” from the bottom of the page. If asked to enter a two-factor authentication code, do the following. Retrieve the two-factor authentication code from the Messages on your phone. Enter the code into the Gmail text field that appears. Tap the Next button.
- Click on I Agree when prompted. This will take you to your Gmail inbox.
